18804088540钣金加工根据图纸的设计所进行的加工工艺会有所不同,每个工艺环节都是可以单作为一种简单零件的加工过程,我们现在主要是进行工业洗涤机械的钣金加工,现在就工业洗涤机械的加工所进行的工艺流程来展开详说:
1.编制。根据图纸来进行分步骤进行工艺流程操作,或是根据顾客给出的实体模样进行绘出其钣金件的零件图,其作用是用图纸方式将其钣金件的结构表达出来。
2.下料。根据对钣金件的要求及材质的不同可以选择不同的下料方式,通常有剪床下料、冲床下料、数控下料、激光切割机下料。由于更多的钣金加工件对精度和质量的要求高,一般采用的都是激光切割机下料,这样可以更好的保证质量,提高工效。
3.折弯加工。折弯就是将平板件加工成立体的零件,其加工需要有折床及相应的折弯模具来完成操作.它也有一定的折弯顺序,其原则是对下一刀不产生干涉的先折,会产生干涉的后折,目前我们采用的是数控折弯加工,这样质量得到了保证,提高了劳动效率,降低了劳动成本,大大缩短了产品的加工周期。
4.焊接。焊接就是将多个零件组焊在一起,达到加工的目的或是单个零件边缝焊接,以增加其强度。焊接是很关键的,的焊接没有焊渣不留痕迹,能够进行深水测试,目前常用的就是气体保护焊、氩弧焊、点焊、机器人焊接等。
5.表面处理。表面处理一般有磷化皮膜、电镀五彩锌、铬酸盐、烤漆、氧化等。优质的表面处理加工能让产品得到市场的靠前眼认可,根据客户的需求来进行。
6.组装。所谓组装就是将多个零件或组件按照一定的方式组立在一起,使之成为一个完整的料品。其中需注意的就是对料件的保护,不可划碰伤.组装是一个料品完成的比较后一步,若料件因划碰伤而无法使用,需返工重做,会浪费很多的加工工时,增加料品的成本.因此要特别注意对料件的保护。

5. surface treatment. Surface treatment is generally phosphating skin film, electroplating colorful zinc, chromate, paint, oxidation and so on. High quality surface treatment processing can make the product be recognized by the market, according to the needs of customers.
6. Assembly. The so-called assembly is to put a number of parts or components together in a certain way, so that it becomes a complete material. It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of materials, not scratches. Assembly is a step after the comparison of materials and products. If materials and parts cannot be used due to scratch and collision, they need to be reworked and redone, which will waste a lot of processing hours and increase the cost of materials and products.
